The mirror phase. You stop performing long enough to look. We map the story you've been living, the inherited rules, the roles you took on before you were old enough to choose them, the strengths you've been treating as ordinary because they came easily.
The shift: From running on autopilot → to seeing your life clearly, maybe for the first time.

The honesty phase. Awareness without specifics is just a feeling. Here we name the gaps, the patterns that keep repeating, the fears doing your decision making, the parts of you you've been outsourcing to other people. We get specific. Specific is what makes change possible.
The shift: From "something feels off" → to "I know exactly what's holding me back."

The architecture phase. Knowing yourself is not enough, most women already half know. The work here is designing a daily life that fits the woman you actually are, not the one you've been pretending to be. Habits that don't feel like punishment. Boundaries that don't feel like fights. Direction you don't have to force.
The shift: From willpower and burnout → to showing up consistently without forcing yourself.

The blueprint phase. You leave with a personal A.I.D.A Blueprint, a written, lived document that maps your story, your strengths, your direction and your next 90 days. Not a journal. Not a manifesto. A plan you can actually live by.

For 17 years, I built things that worked.
I built brands across prestigious FMCGs in Europe, the GCC, and the wider Middle East.
I led teams of more than 100 across various functions, marketing, brand, communications and growth.
I traveled the world for work and built a home of my own along the way.
And in the last two years, I built something different, a community of more than 300,000 women, gathered around one question: إنتي مين؟
By every external measure, I was succeeding. But I hadn't built myself.
That was my moment. The moment I stopped, in the middle of a life that looked right on paper, and asked the question I'd been outrunning for two decades.
When I started that journey inward, I realized something I wasn't expecting: the women around me, successful, accomplished, admired women, the same women who filled my inbox and my DMs, were carrying the same question. Most of them weren't lost. They were unwitnessed. No one had ever created a space for them to stop performing long enough to look.
So I built one. I designed a method from everything I'd learned, about myself, about leadership, about the patterns I kept seeing in thousands of conversations with the women in my community. I tested it on myself first. Then I shared it with a small circle. Then a bigger one. Now it's the A.I.D.A™ Method.
I'm not a therapist. I'm not a credentialed life coach. I'm a woman who walked the road, mapped it as I went, and built what I wish had existed for me, with the lived experience of seventeen years leading teams, building brands, and earning the trust of hundreds of thousands of women who chose to share their stories with me.

Therapy helped you understand what happened to you. Identity Re-building asks who you are now, with all of that behind you, and what you want to build going forward. They're not in competition, many of our women do both. If you're still in active therapy, this works alongside it. If you've graduated from therapy and feel stuck on "now what," this is often the missing piece.
It's the work of knowing who you are underneath your roles, daughter, wife, mother, professional, friend and rebuilding a self that leads your life from that center, instead of from what's expected of you. It draws on narrative work, habit design, and seventeen years of leading teams and building brands, applied to one question: إنتي مين؟
Neither. I'm an Identity Mentor. I built this method from my own work and from thousands of conversations with the women in my community. I'm not here to diagnose you or to set your goals. I'm here to help you see yourself clearly and rebuild from there. If at any point you need clinical support, I'll always tell you so and recommend you seek it.
Both. Modules and materials are bilingual, live sessions move between Arabic and English depending on what the room needs. You can do the work in whichever language your inner voice speaks.
